Job Summary: Under the direction of the general superintendent, the project superintendent is primarily responsible to keep projects running smoothly, on time, and within budget and act as a liaison between the organization, the general sub contractors, the crews, and the community.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values.
Supervise the entire scope of work on construction projects including the management of foremen and crews, subcontractors, and materials delivery.
Assist with public relations within the community.
Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts.
Maintain insurable driving record.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in construction management or four years experience as a superintendent managing large horizontal construction projects.
Experience managing construction field operations.
