Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for commercial construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and promote a positive jobsite culture.
• Drive project completion with accountability and a solutions-focused approach.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years as a Commercial Superintendent (GC only, no residential).
• Experience in Healthcare, K-12, Higher Ed, Airport, or Government work.
• Stable career history with consistent tenure.
• Strong communicator with high accountability and leadership maturity.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to maintain a healthy team environment.
