Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction-related problems.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit progress reports as required.
- Oversee the delivery and storage of construction materials and equipment.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
- Ability to lead field teams and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management technology and project reporting tools
- OSHA certification preferred
- Stable work history with a track record of successful project delivery
