Job Description
SuperintendentManage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline workflows. Oversee quality control measures to meet project specifications and client expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Prepare and submit daily reports detailing project progress and any issues encountered. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to resolve challenges promptly. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and project requirements.
