Description
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Support budgeting, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation
- Track project costs and assist with financial reporting
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor scopes
- Help drive project schedules and maintain communication between field and office teams
- Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records
- Build relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and consultants
Profile
- Experience managing or significantly contributing to at least one to two completed projects
- Background in either luxury residential or high-end commercial construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting senior project leadership
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager role long term
Job Offer
Salary: $120,000 to $150,000
