We are seeking an experienced Luxury Custom Home Superintendent to oversee the construction of premier waterfront estates in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected custom home builder known for delivering exceptional residences throughout Palm Beach.

Description
- Lead all field operations for luxury custom home construction projects
- Manage projects from groundbreaking through final turnover
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control
- Oversee waterfront and high-end residential construction activities
- Maintain project documentation through Procore and MS Project
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
Profile
- 10+ years of ground-up luxury custom home construction experience
- Proven experience running custom home projects from start to finish
- Experience with homes exceeding 8,000 SF
- Waterfront or oceanfront construction experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Proficiency with Procore and MS Project
- Piling experience preferred
- Stable work history and strong leadership capabilities
