Superintendent - Custom Homes

Our client is seeking an Superintendent to support the construction of luxury waterfront residential projects on West Palm Beach. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced field leadership while gaining exposure to some of South Florida's most prestigious custom homes.

Description

• Assist in managing daily field operations on luxury residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and support schedule management
• Monitor quality control and site safety compliance
• Assist with project documentation through Procore and MS Project
• Support the Superintendent in delivering projects on schedule and budget

Profile

• Ground-up residential or high-end interior renovation experience
• Familiarity with Procore and MS Project
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Desire to develop a long-term career in luxury residential construction

Job Offer

• $110,000 - $140,000 base salary
