Superintendent Position
The Superintendent will serve as the primary onsite leader responsible for safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination on a large-scale Dallas data center project.
- Lead all daily field operations and onsite activities
- Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and monitor field performance daily
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Identify scheduling conflicts, construction challenges, and project risks before they impact the job
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for owners, consultants, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, site logistics, and closeout activities
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel

For the Superintendent, we are seeking:
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction
- Proven success leading ground-up construction projects from start to finish
- Data center experience strongly preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, sequencing, look-ahead planning, and trade coordination
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Experience managing subcontractors, site logistics, quality control, and safety programs
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is preferred
- OSHA 30 and additional safety certifications preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Stable work history and a long-term career mindset
