Description

The Data Center Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Overseeing data center construction from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule and budget goals
• Developing and managing project schedules while proactively mitigating risk
• Leading daily field operations and resolving issues to maintain productivity
• Managing quality control and ensuring work aligns with plans and specifications
• Overseeing RFIs, submittals, procurement activities, and change management
• Leading OAC, subcontractor, and safety meetings to drive project alignment
• Enforcing jobsite safety standards and conducting routine site audits
• Supporting commissioning, turnover, and successful client handoff
• Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Profile

The Data Center Superintendent will have:

• Experience managing large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure environments
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and owners
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with safety compliance, quality control, and project reporting
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and construction operations
• Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred
