Description
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities, managing field labor, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing project execution, including budget, schedule, quality control, and technical coordination across trades.
- Conduct inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs, review subcontractor payments, and maintain accurate documentation through daily reports and meetings.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and team members while mentoring field staff and promoting an injury-free environment.
Profile
