The Superintendents for our Data Center projects in Humble, TX are responsible for overseeing field operations across civil construction, underground electrical distribution, and substation projects. This position provides leadership to field personnel and ensures all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards. The Superintendent manages daily site operations, coordinates with project teams, and ensures projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
High school diploma or equivalent required. 5 to 10+ years of experience in civil construction, underground utilities, or electrical infrastructure. Previous leadership experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent. Strong knowledge of civil construction practices including excavation, trenching, and concrete work. Working knowledge of underground electrical distribution systems. Understanding of substation construction, including foundations, grounding, and equipment installation. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and utility compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license required. Preferred CDL Class A preferred. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. First Aid and CPR certification. Experience with duct bank installations and underground conduit systems. Experience supporting substation construction or commissioning activities.
