Description
The Superintendent - Data Center - NoVA will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for a large-scale mission-critical project.
- Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, and daily operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant superintendents and field staff.
- Drive project execution with minimal oversight while maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and problem-solving efforts to keep work progressing efficiently.
- Oversee base building construction activities including site utilities, earthwork, structural steel, and concrete operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams throughout construction.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Profile
The Superintendent - Data Center - NoVA will receive:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects independently.
- Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Experience supervising assistant superintendents and field personnel.
- Strong background in base building construction, including sitework, earthwork, utilities, steel, and concrete scopes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to proactively resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Experience with mission-critical, healthcare, or complex commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
