Successful Superintendents will have the chance to grow alongside a company that values relationships, teamwork, and excellent client service.Lead and manage commercial construction projects independently from start to finish.Oversee on-site operations, scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.Manage and mentor assistant superintendents and field personnel.Serve as the primary field leader and key point of communication for project stakeholders.Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.Coordinate day-to-day field activities to ensure successful project execution.Support delivery of a large-scale mission critical data center retrofit project.Ensure strong client relationships through effective communication and problem solving.Function as a hands-on Superintendent capable of independently running medium to large-scale projects.Provide leadership and direction expected of a senior-level Superintendent.5-10+ years of construction experience with a proven track record of running projects independently.Experience leading medium to large commercial construction projects.Ability to manage assistant superintendents and field teams effectively.Strong background in base building construction preferred.Experience with site utilities, earthwork, steel, and concrete construction is highly desired.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated leadership mentality and ability to motivate teams.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive decision-making abilities.Experience on mission critical or data center projects is a plus.Capable of operating with minimal supervision and no hand-holding.Base salary up to $130,000 - $165,00018% annual bonus opportunityMonthly auto allowanceCompetitive benefits packageStrong career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationDirect access to company leadership and decision-makersTight-knit company culture with a "work with friends" mentality100% repeat-client business model focused on long-term relationships
