Your Role
Lead on-site execution of data center projects, ensuring work is performed safely, accurately, and in alignment with strict technical and documentation requirements.
What You''ll Do
- Coordinate all field activities for data center builds, including MEP-intensive scopes
- Maintain detailed look-ahead schedules and plan manpower, equipment, and materials
- Support testing, commissioning readiness, and turnover documentation
- Enforce safety and quality standards in a high-accountability environment
- Identify and mitigate schedule, quality, or coordination risks early
What You Bring
- Experience supervising data center/critical facility work and MEP coordination
- Strong field leadership and documentation discipline
- Ability to lead teams under tight schedules and high standards
Experience
- 5-10+ years of field supervision; data centers/critical facilities experience strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership of MEP-intensive sequencing, testing coordination, and turnover readiness.
Education & Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience preferred.
- OSHA 30 required/preferred for supervisory roles; competent-person certifications as applicable; valid driver's license.
Tools & Software
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/planning tools.
Work Location, Environment & Travel Requirements
- Primarily on an active project site and/or jobsite trailer; high coordination environment with strict quality and documentation expectations.
- May require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), variable shifts, and extended hours during testing/commissioning/turnover phases.
- This role will require shifts or extended hours depending on project demands, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Travel will be required based on project assignment. Projects are primarily within the St. Louis region, with flexibility and readiness to support work outside the local market as Tarlton expands.
