Description

The Superintendent will report into senior operations leadership and play a critical role in delivering multifamily construction projects from ground-up through completion. You will be the on-site leader responsible for driving performance and execution excellence.

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Enforce and maintain strict safety standards and compliance on-site
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure exceptional project delivery
  • Track and document project progress, materials, and costs
  • Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution

Profile

For the Superintendent - Multifamily Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within multifamily or commercial construction
  • Strong background overseeing large-scale projects (ideally $30M+)
  • Ability to lead teams and drive project timelines effectively
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics
  • Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools
