Description
The Superintendent will report into senior operations leadership and play a critical role in delivering multifamily construction projects from ground-up through completion. You will be the on-site leader responsible for driving performance and execution excellence.
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Enforce and maintain strict safety standards and compliance on-site
- Implement quality control processes to ensure exceptional project delivery
- Track and document project progress, materials, and costs
- Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to maintain workflow efficiency
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Profile
For the Superintendent - Multifamily Construction we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within multifamily or commercial construction
- Strong background overseeing large-scale projects (ideally $30M+)
- Ability to lead teams and drive project timelines effectively
- Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics
- Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools
