Description
As the Superintendent - Commercial Construction, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of on‑site project delivery.
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations from groundworks through project close‑out
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections to maintain programme
- Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients and consultants
- Manage logistics, sequencing, and real‑time problem solving
- Deliver projects on time and to exacting standards
- Travel between regional project sites as required (typically within a one‑hour radius)
Profile
