Their culture is grounded in quality, safety, and investing in the long-term growth of their people.Key responsibilities as the Lead Superintendent, reporting to the General Superintendent, include overseeing field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and mentor field teams including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and craft laborManage all site activities, subcontractor coordination, and progress meetingsDrive safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsUtilize Procore, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6 to manage documentation and critical path schedulesOversee all phases from site mobilization, shoring, and mass concrete work through podium structures, dry-in, and final Certificate of OccupancyImplement QA/QC plans and ensure timely inspectionsPartner closely with owners, architects, and trade partners to maintain alignment and project momentumMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.For the Lead Superintendent, we are seeking:8+ years in a supervisory role within commercial or multifamily ground-up constructionProven leadership on at least two multifamily new-build projects ($35M-$75M+)Strong experience with urban infill sites, tower cranes, excavation, shoring, and podium constructionExpertise in envelope systems and dry-in sequencing30-hour OSHA certification (refreshed within 5 years)High proficiency in Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6, and Microsoft OfficePreferred experience with Mass Timber (CLT) or Cold-Formed Steel (CFS)Professional, positive leadership style and a strong safety mindsetAbility to pass a standard background check and drug screeningWhat's on offer:Base compensation: $120,000 - $150,000Company truckComprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, HSA/FSA, and Life & Disability coverageGenerous PTO and paid holidaysOpportunity to lead high-profile developments within a stable and growing construction organization
