The Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is based in Denver and requires effective leadership and coordination with project teams.

Description

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the job site.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
  • Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and efficiently.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects (specifically K-12) in the general contracting industry.
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and budget management.
