Construction Superintendent
This client operates within the construction industry and is based in Denver.
Job Description
Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth workflows. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues promptly to prevent delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports. Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and quality requirements. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Oversee the use and maintenance of on-site equipment and materials.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Experience with managing on-site construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs. Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues. Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
