They are a mid-sized organization with a strong reputation for fostering growth and innovation within their team.Job DescriptionManage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project momentum. Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders and team members. Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients as needed. Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
