SuperintendentThe Superintendent will:Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.Maintain safe, organized, and professional job-site conditions.Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform crews, vendors, and deliveries.Manage self-performed work including demolition, framing, drywall, carpentry, doors and hardware, and site cleanup.Resolve field coordination, sequencing, and access challenges proactively.Develop and maintain project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager.Coordinate subcontractor activities and communicate schedule updates.Monitor short-term priorities, constraints, inspections, and critical milestones.Perform site layout and material take-offs as needed.Track, order, and manage project materials and equipment.Coordinate municipal inspections and ensure timely resolution of inspection items.Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, manpower tracking, and field documentation in Procore.Support RFIs, submittals, and field communications with the Project Manager.Inspect work for quality and compliance with plans and specifications.Drive resolution of deficiencies and ensure work is completed correctly before turnover.Lead punch list completion, final inspections, owner walkthroughs, and project closeout activities.Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Utilize technology to improve project execution, communication, and documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
