Job Description
The Superintendent - Downtown Boston Interiors will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and daily jobsite operations.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive quality control and maintain project schedules from start to finish.
- Oversee renovations and tenant improvement projects ranging from approximately $500k to $10M.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth throughout the Boston market.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Downtown Boston Interiors should have:
- 5-10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Strong background managing Downtown Boston interior fit-out projects.
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA-CSL) required.
- Experience overseeing corporate interiors, hospitality, or life science interior projects.
- Comfortable working exclusively within the Downtown Boston market.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and occupied-space renovations.
- Preference for candidates with a stable work history and experience on small-to-mid-sized interior projects.
