They offer an unmatched company culture that provides the opportunity to quickly progress your career!Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Overseeing & managing Commercial interiors projects from start through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standardsCoordinating & collaborating with necessary project partiesLeading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performanceDeveloping relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communicationManaging project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reportsProactively identifying opportunities for improvementEstablishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the projectUpholding company image / professionalismMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe right candidate has the following qualifications:10+ years of experience as a SuperintendentMust have Downtown Boston interiors project backgroundBachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldsSelf motivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a teamAbility to strategize and manage the client's exposure to Boston marketsAble to be successful in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under tight time lines to hit project deadlinesExperience with Excel, Planswift, Procore, On Screen, and/or BluebeamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMA CSL, OSHA certificationsWhat's on OfferThe Superintendent will receive:Compensation up to $135K100% employer covered healthcare401(K) planUnlimited PTO policy$500/M for supers (vehicle allowance)Exceptional company culture that provides organic growth
