Job Description
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interior construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $20M. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential risks or delays. Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project activities. Collaborate closely with project management teams, clients, architects, and consultants. Drive communication and problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed. Ensure work is delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Report directly to the VP of Operations and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth. Manage projects primarily located in Downtown Boston, with occasional work in surrounding suburban markets.

The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Experience leading interior renovation and tenant improvement projects. Strong ability to coordinate trades, schedules, and site logistics. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to commute to project sites throughout the Boston area.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering high-end corporate interior projects. Exposure to lab and life science construction projects. CSL (Construction Supervisor License) is desirable but not required.
