Job Description
- Oversee all daily jobsite operations and field activities
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety meetings
- Coordinate project logistics, deliveries, and site sequencing
- Monitor project quality and ensure work conforms to plans and specifications
- Communicate progress, issues, and milestones with Project Managers and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve field challenges proactively
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports
- Manage punch-list completion and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven success managing field operations from project start through completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades
- Experience maintaining project schedules and driving production goals
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and site logistics
- Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction technology, scheduling, and reporting tools
- Experience with commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, education, or public-sector projects preferred
