Description

SuperintendentThe Superintendent will:Lead all day-to-day field operations on a major military aviation construction project.Oversee company employees, subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure safe and efficient execution.Manage project schedules and proactively forecast upcoming activities to maintain milestones.Coordinate construction activities across multiple trades and project phases.Enforce site safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and project requirements.Monitor quality control efforts to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.Communicate effectively with owners, owner representatives, tenants, project teams, and stakeholders.Identify and resolve field challenges through proactive problem-solving and leadership.Coordinate utility, infrastructure, building, and site work activities to support overall project objectives.Maintain accurate field documentation and ensure project progress aligns with contractual commitments.Support a positive team environment while mentoring and developing field personnel.Learn and apply new technical and operational information quickly to support project success.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
