• Manage and coordinate electrical construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Supervise and mentor project team members
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
