Electrical Project Superintendent - Fort Worth, TX
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage our electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all electrical installations and maintenance projects
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret project requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project staff
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven 2+ years experience as an Electrical Project Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Excellent project management skills
- Leadership abilities with a strong focus on team collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
