Description

  • Oversees daily field operations on DOT and heavy highway projects, including roadways, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure work.
  • Ensures strict compliance with DOT specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinates and manages crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain productivity and meet project milestones.
  • Develops and executes project schedules, proactively addressing delays and logistical challenges.
  • Works closely with engineers, inspectors, and project managers to ensure alignment with plans and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitors site safety, conducts toolbox talks, and enforces OSHA and DOT safety protocols.
