We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent, a senior field leadership position within GTC's Superintendent career path, to oversee multiple phases of complex commercial construction projects and provide leadership to project teams, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals throughout the construction process. Position Summary The Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Northern Colorado and the Colorado Front Range. This position serves as GTC's primary onsite representative and is accountable for project safety, schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, owner relations, and successful project completion. The Superintendent leads field teams through all phases of construction while maintaining strict adherence to contract documents, project budgets, safety requirements, and company standards.
