Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams while maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients
Review contract drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals for coordination and compliance
Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and maintain compliance with OSHA, local building codes, and regulations
Monitor project progress, update schedules, control costs, and deliver accurate daily reports
Resolve on-site issues proactively while upholding exceptional service and communication standards
Perform other duties as needed to support successful project delivery across residential, commercial, and medical builds

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a general contractor
Strong background in commercial/residential construction, including knowledge of structural, MEP, site work, and finishes
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver projects on time and on budget
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service orientation
Detail-oriented with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and familiarity with California building codes and permitting processes
