Are you an experienced field leader who takes pride in delivering quality work, maintaining schedules, and coordinating people and resources effectively? Do you communicate well, stay organized, and lead with accountability in a fast-paced construction environment?

BOA Builders is looking for a Construction Superintendent to help lead our construction projects in the field.

This role requires strong field leadership, organization, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate trade partners, materials, equipment, and inspections to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. The right person will be comfortable balancing day-to-day jobsite leadership with schedule management, problem-solving, and collaboration across teams.

What defines a successful BOA Builders Construction Superintendent?

The most important deliverables for this position are:

Schedule and complete projects that align with plans, specifications and codes, on time and within budget

  • Coordinate field team, material, equipment, trade partners, and inspectors to fulfill our overall company schedule
  • Requires strong organizational skills
  • Follow processes to ensure all bases are covered
  • Approach every situation from a safety-first mindset
  • You should be great at building rapport and communicating with people

Lead the construction team for our company

  • Can see and care about the big picture
  • Demonstrate leadership and an ownership mindset
  • Communicate well and inspire or influence others

Have knowledge and skill with new build construction processes

  • Excellent communication skills are a must in order to work effectively with trade partners and clients
  • Can coordinate equipment and material logistics to have what you need, where you need it, when you need it

What experience and skills are needed to be our Construction Superintendent?

  • Ability and desire to consistently communicate between field and office via email, text, and mobile devices
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications
  • Ability to use Bluebeam for takeoffs and markups
  • Have savvy negotiation skills
  • Experience with projects ranging from $1,000 to $2,000,000
  • Construction field leadership experience preferred
  • Comfortable learning and using software in a tech-forward construction environment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable vehicle required for travel between local job sites; mileage reimbursement applicable.

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-Time, W-2 employment. Primarily On-Site
  • Pay Range: $65,000-$120,000 based on experience, vehicle mileage reimbursement, bonuses may apply
  • Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project deadlines and site needs.
  • Benefits include: PTO, 401 (k), phone allowance, 12 paid holidays.
