Superintendent - Greater Boston - Lifescience Construction

SuperintendentPrivately held Construction Management Firm is looking for a Superintendent to join their team! Specialize exclusively in lifescience & regulated environments (labs, clean rooms, etc.) - projects up to $30M throughout Eastern MA, North Shore & Boston area Relationship driven, hands on model where senior leaders are directly involved in project execution, allowing team to move quickly while maintaining safety/quality standardsThe Superintendent is responsible for:Leading day to day field operations on life science and lab projectsCoordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logisticsMaintaining strict safety, quality, and GMP compliance standardsWorking closely with project managers, clients, and senior leadershipOverseeing fast paced renovations, lab buildouts, and clean room scopesManaging multiple small to mid sized projects depending on workloadDelivering projects on time while maintaining strong client relationshipsThe right candidate has the following qualifications:5+ years (minimum) experience as a Superintendent with a GCExperience in lab, life science, clean room, or technical interiorsStrong understanding of regulated environments such as GMP or research facilitiesHands on leadership style with the ability to manage fast moving workComfort working in a lean, collaborative team structureExperience running projects ranging from small renovations to larger fit outsAbility to commute to project sites across the North Shore and Eastern MAWillingness to work onsite full timeThe Superintendent will receive:Base salary up to $135KCompany truck / vehicle allowance + Gas cardPTO, 401K match, healthcareOpportunity to work with repeat pharmaceutical clientsHigh visibility and real ownership on projectsFast track growth for strong performersLaid back, collaborative culture with a close knit teamWork life balance with flexibility when personal needs come upConsistent workload within Eastern Massachusetts& more!
