Job Description
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and progress.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Healthcare or life sciences construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience delivering projects valued up to $7M
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
- Stable career history with demonstrated project success
