Superintendent

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations. This role involves managing personnel, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction personnel, including Assistants, Foreman, and subcontractors
• Manage planning, coordination, and execution of work on-site
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of construction experience
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficiency in Suretrak or MS Project
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
