Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Projects

Job Description
- Supervise all on-site activities for ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation for each project.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability among all team members.

The Successful Applicant
- A proven track record of managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
