Description

  • Supervise all on-site activities for ground-up commercial construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards throughout all phases of construction.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation for each project.
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability among all team members.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Projects should have:
