Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Projects

This Superintendent role oversees day to day field operations on ground up projects across the southern NH area on projects managing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality from start through completion. The position offers strong field autonomy, long term stability, and the opportunity to work on a consistent pipeline of projects across multiple commercial sectors.

Description

• Supervise all on-site activities for ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation for each project.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability among all team members.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Projects should have:

• A proven track record of managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
