Additionally, our client places a strong emphasis on a positive company culture amongst a team of strong construction professionals.Project Portfolio: commercial, public, higher educationProject Locations: mainly northern suburbs of ChicagoOne of the leading firms in the industry for over 30 yearsFamily-oriented work culturePassionate team of leadersStrong pipeline of projects leading into 2026Job DescriptionAssume overall on-site leadership, coordination, and management of construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules and budgets.Direct and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations, and proactively address any construction-related challenges that arise.Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and project efficiency.Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.Maintain meticulous project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders, fostering open communication and exceptional client satisfaction.Enforce stringent safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all project personnel.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
