Superintendent - Ground Up Construction

The Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will:
- Manage daily on-site operations for ground-up construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address concerns effectively.
- Resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

- Experience with managing ground-up construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Holds MA-CSL.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
