A bit about us:
We are a Florida commercial general contractor delivering ground up projects across multiple sectors with a team built around accountability, clear communication, and field leadership that is actually trusted to lead.
Our Superintendents are not field administrators. They are the decision-makers on site — full schedule ownership, direct subcontractor authority, and a PM partnership structure that supports field decisions rather than overriding them. We hire experienced Supers and give them the room to do what they do best.
Why join us?
Competitive compensation up to $130,000 base salary.
Real field ownership — you run the project from mobilization through closeout, not a phase of it. Your schedule. Your subs. Your delivery.
Active commercial pipeline in Florida with consistent project volume and no shortage of ground up work.
A PM and leadership team that partners with the field instead of second-guessing it.
Stable organization with clear processes and long-term opportunity for Superintendents who perform and take ownership.
Supportive leadership and stable internal processes that get out of your way and let you perform.
Long-term growth opportunity in one of the most active commercial construction markets in the country.
Job Details
You will lead all field operations for commercial ground up projects in the Jacksonville, Florida area from mobilization through closeout.
That means: owning and driving the project schedule. Managing and coordinating all subcontractor activities. Running daily jobsite operations and safety compliance. Managing field documentation — RFIs, submittals, and daily reports. Partnering with the PM on budget tracking, cost management, and schedule performance. Serving as the primary point of contact on site for the client, architect, and inspections team.
Mid to late September start. This is a role for someone who takes ownership of their project and runs it — not someone who is waiting to be handed a task list.
