We are seeking a motivated Superintendent to lead and oversee several car dealership construction projects from start to finish in Orlando. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in the property and construction industry, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor job sites to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Review project plans and specifications, identifying potential challenges and solutions.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring high-quality work standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout all phases of the project.
