Our client is an established commercial general contractor with a strong presence throughout the Twin Cities. This company specializes in commercial construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up projects across markets including industrial, medical, office, retail, hospitality, and other commercial environments.

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to take ownership of field operations and help deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Details

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, schedules, and sequencing.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site activities.
• Experience managing project schedules and maintaining critical milestones.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and construction standards.
• Ability to identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally throughout the Twin Cities as needed.
