Job Description
- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project workflow.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project disruptions.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as required.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and standards.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project teams.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projects.
- Strong background in large-scale wood-frame multifamily developments.
- Experience working on projects with podium decks, structured parking, or wrap-style communities preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
