Field Leader - Ground-Up Multifamily ConstructionOur client is a reputable New Jersey-based General Contractor specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial construction projects throughout the Northeast. With a strong pipeline of upcoming developments, they are seeking a field leader who can successfully drive large-scale residential projects from groundbreaking through turnover.Job DescriptionOversee all on-site construction activities for a ground-up multifamily project.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field personnel.Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.Lead daily subcontractor coordination meetings and site walks.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and building codes.Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe, organized jobsite.Monitor quality control and proactively address field issues before they impact schedule or budget.Coordinate inspections, testing, punch list activities, and project closeout requirements.Review drawings and identify potential conflicts, constructability concerns, and schedule impacts.Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate project progress to ownership and senior management.Assist with sequencing, logistics planning, and material deliveries to ensure efficient project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
