Superintendent - Ground up Multifamily - North Jersey

Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.Lead project execution from site development and foundation work through framing, MEP installations, finishes, and occupancy.Coordinate daily field operations and maintain project schedules with the project management team.Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors, ownership representatives, architects, and consultants.Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.Track project milestones, identify schedule risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Maintain detailed project documentation, daily reports, and safety records.Drive quality control processes and manage punch list completion through project closeout.Foster a collaborative and professional jobsite environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
