With a strong pipeline of repeat business, they continue to grow throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire while prioritizing long-term careers and employee development.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating daily site operations, maintaining project schedules, conducting safety meetings, and partnering closely with the Project Manager to deliver successful projects. Current assignments include $60M-$240M ground-up multifamily and senior living developments across the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
