Job Description

Superintendent

Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects. Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate site logistics, quality control, and inspections. Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programs. Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners. Monitor construction progress and proactively address project challenges. Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate sequencing of work. Maintain project documentation, reports, and field records. Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The successful Superintendent should have: Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Superintendent. Proven ground-up construction experience required. Experience overseeing projects valued at $20M+. OSHA 30 certification required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Experience in one or more of the following project types: Multifamily / Apartment Buildings, Healthcare / Hospital Facilities, Libraries, K-12 Schools, Higher Education Facilities. Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractor teams.
