Construction Site Manager
Lead on site field operations for ground up projects along the NH and ME seacoast. Strong culture, steady workload and long term career growth.

Job Description
- Lead on site field operations for ground up projects from two to twenty million dollars
- Manage day to day trade coordination, scheduling, logistics and quality control
- Oversee safety compliance, site planning and subcontractor performance
- Build strong working relationships with clients, architects and site partners
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive to ensure alignment on budget, schedule and project goals
- Maintain detailed daily logs and documentation through Procore
- Represent the company professionally as the on site leader

The Successful Applicant
- Superintendent with experience managing projects in the 2-20M range ideally
- Background in retail, restaurant or commercial work strongly preferred
- Ability to lead subcontractors with confidence and maintain a highly organized jobsite
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented approach
- Steady tenure is very important as the company prioritizes long term hires
- Procore proficiency preferred or willingness to learn
- Must be commutable to project sites along the New Hampshire and southern Maine seacoast
