Client Details

Our client is a leading general contractor with offices in New Hampshire and Vermont. They are seeking a lead superintendent for a project in the Western MA area.

Description

  • Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and management as required.
  • Manage and supervise on-site teams to optimize productivity and performance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
