The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role in the property industry requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and coordinate resources effectively.

Client Details

Our client is a leading general contractor with offices in New Hampshire and Vermont. They are seeking a lead superintendent for a project in the Western MA area.

Description

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and management as required.
• Manage and supervise on-site teams to optimize productivity and performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
