Description

  • Lead all field operations for assigned projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Drive project safety, quality, and productivity
  • Coordinate with client, architects, and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules
  • Mentor junior field staff
  • Oversee inspections, compliance, and reporting

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Ground-Up & Renovation Projects should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience
  • Proven experience managing $25M-$50M projects
  • Background in healthcare, education, corporate, or similar sectors
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Stable work history with strong project tenure

Job Offer

  • Salary: $115,000 - $150,000
  • Bonus potential up to 16%, 401k + 8% match, PTO
